Silverwood Deep Fluted Flans make the most luscious flans, tarts and quiches because the extra depth enables more filling to be used. They are ideal with vegetarian-style dishes where the filling can be quite bulky (with a conventional flan tin, the pastry/filling ratio may give a dryish flan). Lightly greasing the anodised body will help to guarantee that your bakes will slide out with ease. This bakeware has natural non-stick properties which Improve with use. After use, wash in warm, soapy water, rinse and dry. Although the tin is not dishwasher safe it is incredibly easy to clean.
